Course Objectives:
On completion of this unit, learner will have the knowledge & application skills in providing sports massage and be able to apply them at the workplace.
Course Content:
The competency elements covered are: a) carrying out pre-treatment activities b) consulting with client c) performing sports massage d) carrying out post-treatment activities
Module 1: Science of Sports Massage covers basic knowledge of sports massage and practice of sports massage
Module 2: Competency Elements for providing sports massage and the Performance requirements

Requirement

Should compete at least one WSQ Statement of Attainment in Body Therapy at Certificate Level.

Trainees must pass the Final Assessment as Competent.
