Refund Policy

 SOHA Institute is committed towards maintaining a high-level of good business and customer practice. We assure our students that we have a customer-centric system and practice to look after the welfare of our students. All refund payment will be made by cheque, money order to telegraph transfer. All Applicable Bank Administrative Charges, Registration Fees and any properly payable/paid under the Student Protection Scheme is not refundable.

 Request for Refund
To expedite the request for refund of course and service fees, students are requested to write in personally to: Board of Directors, SOHA Institute Pte Ltd with the following information and subsequently fill in the “Authorization for Collection of Refund Form” upon approval for refund by the Board:
a)     Student’s Name
b)    Guardian’s Name (if applicable)
c)     Student ID & Passport Number
d)    Course entered into or applied at SOHA Institute
e)     SOHA Certificate of Guarantee
f)     Reason(s) for requesting for the refund
