Service Guarantees

We accept students based on pre – requisites or as spelled in the individual Standard Student Contract.

We match students’ needs and proficiencies for the courses offered by means of an objective assessment.

We shall notify student at least seven (7) days in advance for any delay in the course commencement date for international students and at least three (3) days in advance for local students.

We make appropriate refund of course fees, non-tuition fees and other miscellaneous charges to students if we cancel, terminate or unable to conduct for any reason.

Students are awarded graduation certificates if they passed the prescribed examinations and have achieved at least 90% attendance in the course they were enrolled as full time students and at least 75% attendance for part-time courses. Those who fail the prescribed examination will be issued a Certificate of Attendance.

Our teachers/trainers are adequately qualified and dedicated in the conduct and delivery of lessons.
