Undertaking on Consumer Protection

We uphold the principle of fair practices as defined under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, 2004 and give an undertaking that we do not misrepresent or engaged in unfair practices towards prospective students. We impose the same obligation on our agents in their service agreement and they are liable for prosecution to those who suffered as a result of their wrongful acts. A copy of 20 examples of unfair practices is issued to the agent to ensure against unethical practices as per Consumer (Fair Trading) Act.
