Upon completion of this program, learners will have a good foundation of Reflexology as a healing modality in the care-giving environment. Learners will be introduced to the human functional systems, benefits of reflexology to establish homeostatis, location of reflex zones, contraindications, common acupressure points of the lower limb to relieve joint pains and release muscle tightness. Learners will also be able to perform massage sequence of the foot and lower limbs.
