Care Giver for Elderly & Infant

Upon completion of this program, learners will be able to provide care to the elderly. Learners will understand the ageing process, safety & hygiene (lifting & positioning, home safety, denture care, assisted bathing, foot/skin care) and emergency first aid.  In addition, learners will also learn the safe and effective techniques of Infant Massage. A visit to an Old folks Home will be arranged during the course.       

This course is suitable for foreign domestic workers, Work Permit Holders and those who have an interest to work or volunteer in Nursing Homes and provide home care services.
