2 The Caring for Community Lunch Reception was held on Saturday, 10 March 2012 at the Kampong Chai Chee Community Centre. 180 needy elderly and 280 students and volunteers participated in the event.
Certified WSQ therapists from SOHA Institute's provide free massage service at Wellness Community - a community wellness project supported by Shan You Counselling Centre & Cheng Hong Welfare Service Society.

Zone Therapy works on the principle of applying pressure to stimulate a positive effect on the wellbeing of the person. SOHA has researched the development on this field of alternative health discipline which is very well documented especially in China. At the end of the Certified Zone Therapist program, learners will be able to perform reflexology on the foot, hand, spine and head zones. Singaporean/PRs are eligible for training grant if they sign up for both the WSQ Provide Hand & Foot Reflexology and WSQ Provide Seated Chair Massage package. Registration is now open for March & April 2012 intake.
