1        Assist with administration of medication .
2        Perform intermittent catheterization .
3        Prepare simple meals.
4        Perform naso-gastric  tube feeding,
5        Perform colostomy care.
6        Administer subcutaneous insulin injection.

 Basic Health care
1         Perform Hand washing
2         Don and don off PPE
3         Perform Disinfection
4         Handle and dispose body fluids
5         Take temperature ,pulse and respiration.
6         Perform pain assessment
7         Assist in physical examination
8         Turn /lift/transfer/ambulate patient.
9         Instill eye , ear ,nose drops
10      Measure Blood Pressure
11      Perform blood glucose test
12      Handle phone calls / attend to  enquiries .
13     Handle and dispose body fluids.
14     Collect specimens of urine /stool /sputum.
15     Assist in administering  oxygen.
16     Change simple dressing.
17     Render first aid—perform CPR
18     Aided Exercises
This course is suitable for foreign domestic workers, Work Permit Holders and those who have an interest to work or volunteer in Nursing Homes and provide home care services.

Voluntary Attachments to nursing homes and VWOs will be arranged upon completion of the program.
